ADDITIONAL FLAVORS
Need more flavors?  Additional flavors and combinations can be added for a nominal creativity fee. Let’s experiment! Custom flavors can be made for your special event.

ADDITIONAL HOURS

Need more hours?  Additional hours will be an additional $75 per hour

DEPOSIT
A  $75 deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits are applied to the total cost of service and the remaining balance is due 15 days prior to the event.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY
Full deposit refund: 30 days prior to the event
Partial deposit refund: two weeks prior to the event
For events of 200+ guests, the cancellation must be made 30 days prior to the event to receive a refund

 

PAYMENT
We accept cash,  cashiers checks, or credit card. Krazy 3 Cotton Candy & More, LLC will send out an invoice via your email

 

BUSINESS HOURS + HOLIDAYS
Our standard operating hours vary from event to event. Typically, bookings start and finish between the hours of 12:00pm-10:00pm. Events scheduled outside of normal operating hours will require an additional fee. Additionally, events schedule on the following holidays will be subject to a holiday service fee: New Years, Easter, Valentines Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Christmas Eve. We are closed Thanksgiving, Family Day and Christmas.

ACCOMMODATIONS
For optimum operation, the Krazy 3 Cotton Candy & More, LLC team needs access to a standard 120volt outlet–not shared with any other vendors. An elevator may be required for venues above the ground level. The minimum dimensions of space needed is approximately 6×6.
